Grinding your own wheat

Do any of you grind your own wheat for bread? I've been reading about it and want to know more. I heard a testimony of a lady who has been doing this for years, and it's got me wanting to find out how to get a mill/grinder. I had know idea about the history of white flour and how/why it was created, and now the proven illness/disease it causes. Can any one help me out on how to get started?
